Charles L. McNabb, Esquire received his B.A. from Rutgers University in 1976; he earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1981 and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Supreme Courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey.
Mr. McNabb served 10 years of active duty as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps before retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.
Mr. McNabb is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He has tried successfully, through verdict, many claims in the transportation and commercial motor vehicle , premises and product liability areas and also defends employer's rights in the courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
