Ben Gathright is a trial lawyer, representing clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He draws on his experience of working in small, family-owned businesses to meet the client’s needs while defending locally owned businesses in civil litigation. Benjamin is involved in insurance defense litigation, including premises liability, commercial disputes, automobile/trucking liability, and workers’ compensation.
Benjamin grew up in East Texas. Following high school, he explored a career working in family-owned restaurants, where he specialized in training and operational management in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Benjamin received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Texas in 2021 with minors in English and Philosophy. He earned his Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law where he captained Temple’s Jessup International Moot Court team and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Benjamin lives in Philadelphia with his wife and their pug, Peaches. He plays guitar, cooks, and takes photographs of Philadelphia in his spare time.
